Admittedly, in the case at hand, partition proceedings inter se the parties are pending adjudication before the concerned Revenue Authority. Parties admit that the khasra numbers, which are jointly owned and which are required to be partitioned are Khasra Nos.153, 162, 350, 351, 357, 358, 359, 360 and 361.
2. In view of the aforesaid admitted position, present petition is disposed of with direction to the

2 concerned revenue authority i.e. respondent No.1- Assistant Collector (Grade-I) (Tehsildar) Theog, District Shimla before whom the proceedings for partition are pending, to decide the partition proceedings in accordance with law, with respect to the aforesaid khasra numbers. The same be decided as expeditiously as possible, subject to the convenience of the concerned authority.
