PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Criminal Petition under Section 528 of the BNSS has been filed, by the Petitioners herein, seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.2445 of 2022 on the file of the Court of IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajamahendravaram. 2 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent No.1/State. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a direction may be given to the learned trial Judge to dispose of the Calendar Case as expeditiously as possible, and that, in the meanwhile, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court may be dispensed with. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the learned trial Judge is requested not to grant adjournments in a casual manner upon mere asking, and to proceed with the matter and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Meanwhile, the presence of the Petitioners herein/A2 and A3 before the trial Court is dispensed with, except on the specific dates as directed by the trial Court. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
