Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the application, which is duly supported with affidavit of the applicant, the same is allowed and the name of applicant/respondent No.19 is ordered to be corrected as ‘Sarita’ instead of ‘Shanti Devi’ and the amended memo. of parties, filed alongwith the application, is ordered to be taken on record. 2. The application stands disposed of. CMP No.7885 of 2026
3. Heard. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the legal heirs certificate of deceased respondent No.7-Mangli Devi, is ordered to be taken on record. 4. The applicant stands disposed of. CMP No.25285 of 2025
5. Learned counsel for the applicants-respondents seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application. Permission granted. 6. In view of the above submission made on behalf of the applicants, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn. CMP No.30603 of 2025

The instant application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed by applicants-respondents No.1 to 3, 5, 6, 8, 10(i) to 10(iv), 11, 13, 15 & 17 to 19 for release of the awarded amount of compensation, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. 8. As per the applicants, they are in dire need of money to meet out their day-to-day expenses. Therefore, it is prayed that the awarded amount of compensation, along-with up-to-date interest, may be released in their favour as per their respective shares. The application is duly supported with the affidavits of the applicants. 9. No reply is intended to be filed to this application. Learned vice counsel for the non-applicant/appellant No.2, under instructions received from Mr.Yashveer Singh Rathore, Advocate, submitted that he has no objection in case the prayer made in the application is allowed. 10. Heard.
Having perused the averments made in the application, which are duly supported with the affidavits of applicants, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the awarded amount of compensation, alongwith up-to-date interest, in favour of the applicants/respondents No.1 to 3, 5, 6, 8, 10(i) to 10(iv), 11, 13, 15 & 17 to 19, as per this respective shares in the total awarded amount of compensation, after proper verification and identification by remitting the same to
their respective bank accounts, details whereof have been given in para-6 of the application. 11. The application stands disposed of. CMP No.10115 of 2025
12. The instant application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed on behalf of applicants/respondents No.1, 6 & 8, for release of the share of deceased respondent No.7-Mungli Devi in the awarded amount of compensation, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. 13. As per the applicants, they are in dire need of money, hence, it is prayed that the awarded amount of compensation, falling in the share of deceased respondent No.7- Mungli Devi, along-with up-to-date interest, may be released in their favour as per their respective shares. The application is duly supported with the affidavit of applicant/respondent No.1 Shamsher Singh. 14. No reply is intended to be filed to this application. Learned vice counsel for the non-applicant/appellant No.2, under instructions received from Mr.Yashveer Singh Rathore, Advocate, submitted that he has no objection in case the prayer made in the application is allowed. 15. Heard.
Having perused the averments made in the application, which are duly supported with the affidavit of applicant/respondent No.1 Shamsher Singh, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the awarded amount of compensation, falling in the share of deceased respondent No.7-
Mungli Devi, alongwith up-to-date interest, in favour of her legal heirs, i.e. applicants/respondents No.1, 6, & 8, in equal shares, after proper verification and identification by remitting the same to their respective bank accounts, details whereof shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the applicants in the Registry of this Court within one week. 16. The application stands disposed of. CMP No.375 of 2026
17. The instant application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed on behalf of the legal heirs of deceased respondents No.4, 9, 12, 14 & 16, for release of the awarded amount of compensation, falling in their respective shares, alongwith upto date interest, in favour of the applicants, i.e. legal heirs of the aforesaid deceased respondents. 18. As per the applicants, they are in dire need of money to meet out their day-to-day expenses, hence, it is prayed that the awarded amount of compensation, falling in the respective shares of deceased respondents No.4, 9, 12, 14 & 16, along- with up-to-date interest, may be released in favour of their respective legal heirs, who are mentioned in paras No.4 to 8 of the application. The application is duly supported with affidavits of all the legal heirs/applicants as well as copies of death certificates of deceased respondents No.4, 9, 12, 14 & 16 and the legal heirs certificates. 19. No reply is intended to be filed to this application. Learned vice counsel for the non-applicant/appellant No.2, under
instructions received from Mr.Yashveer Singh Rathore, Advocate, submitted that he has no objection in case the prayer made in the application is allowed. 20. Heard.
