Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the State. 2. The applicant who is in custody since 17.07.2022 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.33 of 2022 arising out of Charhi P.S. Case No.45 of 2022, registered for the offence under Sections 18(b) and 22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hazaribagh. 3. Earlier the prayer for bail of the applicant has been rejected twice vide order dated 15.03.2023 in B.A. No.12946 of 2022 and vide order dated 05.02.2024 in B.A. No.5685 of 2023. It appears that the applicant has been apprehended with narcotics that was in commercial quantity. 4. From perusal of the record, it appears that the applicant has already been declared juvenile vide order dated 27.11.2024 and the matter has been separated and the same has been sent to the Juvenile Justice Board. 5. In that view of the matter, the present bail application is hereby disposed of giving liberty to the applicant to file a proper petition before the appropriate forum as the applicant has already been declared juvenile.
