Petitioner’s case is that ever since 2017 he has been posted as Senior Assistant, Electrical Division, HPSEB Kaza in Lahaul & Spirit; His grievance is that his representation at Annexure P-3 seeking transfer from hard to soft area and also for 5% overstay 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 allowance has not been considered and decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
