ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: a writ order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus action of respondent police in not disposing the complaint of the petitioner on 15.05.2025 in accordance with law without doing
any investigation or giving any opportunity to submit evidence and failed to register FIR despite the receipt of the said complaint nor taken any action against the unofficial Respondents no. 4 to 6 as illegal arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also in violation of Article 14 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and also in contravention of Apex court
Judgment in Latita Kumari Vs Government of J P 2014 2 see 1 and consequently direct the respondent Police to register the complaint of the petitioner and take appropriate action in the matter in accordance with taw" Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home written instructions, would submit that after receiving a complaint from the petitioner, the police tried to contact him over the phone, but the petitioner failed to respond. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the police and pursue his matter. There shall be no order as to costs.
