MANDAL SURVEYOR, REVENUE DEPARTMENT, GUNTAKAL, ANANTHAPUR DISTRICT ANDHRA PRADESH ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents more particularly the Respondents 3 to 6 in not considering the F-Line Application made by the Petitioner vide application No. FSNV012500728660, Dated 08-05-2025 for marking the boundaries of the Petitioners property at Survey No. 30-E to an extent of Ac. 4.50 cents and Survey No. 31-C to an extent of Ac. 4.57 (Ac. 1.57 plus 3.00 Cents) cents at Konganapalle Village, Guntakal Mandal, Ananthapur District, though the time fixed for completion of the survey within 15 days, as being arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and in contravention of AP Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and against to principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents 3 to 6 to conduct survey and mark the boundaries of the Petitioners property 2 and issue such other writ or order or direction as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of case. Learned counsel endorsed the same on the bundle. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application, along with all relevant documents, for conducting survey and on filing of the same, the respondents may consider the same, in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders. There shall be no order as to costs.
