This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive prayers:-
“I. That respondents may kindly be directed to promote the petitioner to the post of Clerk from Beldar as he fulfills the essential qualification of clerk as per the R&P rules and working as Cashier cum Clerk from 2013. II. That petitioner may kindly be ordered to be promoted from 2013 and arrears on account of his promotion along with interest may kindly be disbursed to the petitioner.”

Petitioner claims retrospective promotion to the post of Clerk with effect from the year 2013. The case as pleaded falls way short of from considering the case of the petitioner for grant of relief.

Confronted with above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh in accordance with law with proper pleadings and reliefs.
Granting such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
