The prayer made in the instant writ petition is for issuing a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent Authorities to take steps for issuing allotment letter and delivery of possession of the reserved plots to the petitioners in pursuance of reservation letter dated 08.07.2022 and decide the representation dated 16.01.2024 made in this regard. 2. Ms. Anjali Upadhyay, learned counsel for the respondent Development Authority has placed on record the instructions received from the Development Authority in writing, according to which there are certain encroachment over one of the plots reserved for allotment in favour of the petitioners and the Authority is in process of removing the encroachments. It is submitted that soon the Authority would take further action in pursuance of the reservation order. She further submits that in respect of three other plots for which reservation letters were issued are not available on the spot and the Authority would allot the land at some other place. 3. Having regard to the said stand of the Authority, we dispose of the instant case by providing that needful be done within six weeks from today. Order Date :- 24.4.2025 Ashish Pd.
