1. The instant civil misc. petition has been filed for restoration of W.P.(C) No.5738 of 2017 which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 07.05.2019.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the writ petition being W.P.(C) No.5738 of 2017 which has been dismissed for non- compliance of the order dated 07.05.2019 may be restored to its original file so that the matter may be heard and decided on merit.
3. None is present to represent the opposite parties.
4. This Court, after having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the reasons assigned in the instant petition, deems it

fit and proper to restore the writ petition being W.P.(C) No.5738 of 2017 to its original file so that the issue be decided on merit.
5. Accordingly, the instant civil misc. petition stands allowed, as such,
disposed of.
6. In view thereof, the writ petition being W.P.(C) No.5738 of 2017 is restored to its original file subject to removal of defect(s) within a period of two weeks from today.
