Afzal Ansari, learned counsel for petitioner, has extended unqualified apology to this Court that he was not diligent towards his duties of an Advocate since not only contents of cause title of affidavit but averments in writ petition are appear to be cut and paste from another writ petition. He prays that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to file a fresh with better particulars. 2. Sri Munna Pandey, Advocate holding brief of Sri Harshit Pandey, learned counsel for Respondent-2, submits that Sri Mohd. Afzal Ansari is a young lawyer, therefore, he may be allowed to file fresh petition with better particulars. 3. Taking note of above submissions and apology tendered by learned counsel for petitioner, a chance is given to him to be careful in future and this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to file a fresh with better particulars. However, to make this order slightly strict, a cost of Rs. 1000/- is imposed on learned counsel for petitioner to be deposited in the Bank account of High Court Bar Association, receipt thereof be placed on record of fresh writ petition.
