Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this contempt petition, the petitioner has approached this Court on the plea that despite the interim order passed by this Court in the writ petition on 21.07.2020, in terms whereof there was an interim stay qua grant of promotions, the respondent violated the order by ordering the promotion of Sanjeev Kumar against the post of Daftri. 2. Learned Senior Counsel for the respondent has placed on record office order dated 24.03.2025, in terms whereof, the promotion of Sanjeev Kumar has been withdrawn. Learned Senior Counsel further submits that the respondent also tenders his unconditional apology to the Court. The unconditional apology is 2 accepted and in the light of the fact that now the promotion order stands withdrawn, these proceedings are closed. Notice stands discharged.
