The present Cr.M.P has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for modification of the order dated 10th December, 2024 passed in A.B.A. No.3043 of 2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inadvertently the same address of both the petitioners were mentioned in the cause title of A.B.A. No.3043 of 2024. Moreover, a mistake was also committed in mentioning the name of the father of the petitioner no.2 in the said anticipatory bail application. In fact, the actual address of the petitioner no.1 is “Nayak Tola, P.O.-Khetko, P.S.-Petarwar, District-Bokaro, Jharkhand”. 3. It is also submitted that the actual name of the father of the petitioner no.2 is “Tilakdhari Singh”. Due to the said mistakes committed in drafting of A.B.A. No.3043 of 2024, the order dated 10th December, 2024 passed by this Court in the said anticipatory bail application also contained the incorrect address of the petitioner no.1 and name of the father of the petitioner no.2. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, let the address of the petitioner no.1 be corrected as “Nayak Tola, P.O.-Khetko, P.S.-Petarwar, District-Bokaro, Jharkhand” and the name of the father of the petitioner no.2 be corrected as “Tilakdhari Singh” mentioned in the order dated 10th December, 2024 passed in A.B.A. No.3043 of 2024. 5. The order dated 10th December, 2024 passed in A.B.A. No.3043 of 2024 is modified to the said extent. 6. The counsel for the petitioners shall, however, a cost of Rs.1,000/- in favour of Advocate’s Clerks Association Welfare Fund, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi within one week and file the receipt of the same in the Registry of the Court, which shall put kept on record of this case. Accordingly, the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the concerned court below and to furnish bail bond in terms with paragraph no.4 of the order dated 10th December, 2024 passed in A.B.A. No.3043 of 2024 is also extended till 28th of January, 2025. 7.
