Learned counsel for the State has filed a report of Inspector-in-Charge Madhusudan Ghosh to the effect that petitioner is required to be deposited the entire amount in the sum of Rs. 1,18,415/-.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is unable to deposit the entire amount. Let petitioner deposit the 50% amount with WBSEDCL, Station Manager, Nutanhat within fifteen days. In case the I.O. feels necessary of affecting the arrest of the accused he may be released on pre- arrest bail by furnishing personal bond of Rs. Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom shall be local, to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer,
subject to the conditions that he shall join and cooperate in the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer and shall not threaten, tamper or intimidate the complainant or members of the family in any manner.
