At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present CRMP has become infructuous as the trial has been concluded, however, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that a transfer petition has been filed before the Apex Court by the respondent No.2/ complainant in the present petition bearing Transfer Petition (Criminal) No. 583/2021, the same was allowed and the trial proceedings have been transferred from the Court of IV Civil Judge Class-I, Raipur to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun (Uttarakhand) vide order dated 28/11/2022. 3. In view of the above, the instant Criminal Miscellaneous Petition (CRMP) is consigned to record, as no further orders are required at this stage, due to the subsequent developments, and therefore, the matter does not survive for consideration on merits.
