Therefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass the order for issue writ of mandamus or suitable writ as follows: 30. To direct the trial Court to dispose off M.C.No.1572/2024 on the of IV Additional Family Court Bengaluru within two months on perusal of order sheet at Annexure-D, E, F; a) To call for entire records in M.C.No.1572/2024 on the file of IV Additional Family Judge Court, Bengaluru to scrutiny papers and b) To pass other suitable reliefs as the Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. The M.C. No.1572/2024 is filed on the file of 4th Additional Family Court, Bangalore, seeking for a direction to dispose of pending petition before the Court below within two months. 3. Looking at the pendency on the file of the 4th Additional Family Court, Bangalore, this Court do not find any - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22516 WP No. 17404 of 2025 reason to give a direction to the Family Court to dispose of the 2024 matters, when other matters which are much older to this, are pending on the file of the Court. However, the Family Court shall dispose of the matter in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournments. 4. In the light of the above discussion, this court is passing the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off. ii. All I.As. in this writ petition shall stand closed.
