Heard Sri S.S.Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that Police are interfering in the civil dispute where civil suits are pending between the petitioners and unofficial respondents. 3. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. Considering the submissions made, the petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents without following the due process of law. 5.
