The instant criminal misc. petition has been listed under the heading “To be Mentioned” at the behest of office note dated 18.09.2025 due to some typographical error crept up in paragraphs-2, 3, 5 & 6 of the order dated 15.09.2025. 2. We have perused the office note dated 18.09.2025. 3. It appears from the order dated 15.09.2025 that there are some typographical errors in Paras-2, 3, 5 & 6 wherein the “criminal miscellaneous petition” has been mentioned as “writ petition”. 4. This Court, considering the same, is of the view that the order dated 15.09.2025 needs to be modified, as such, the said order is modified to the 2 extent that the “writ petition” as has been mentioned in paras-2, 3, 5 & 6 of the said order be replaced as “criminal miscellaneous petition”. 5.
