Alam, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P.K. Deka, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the order dated 27.12.2024 passed by the learned Additional District Magistrate, Cachar, Silchar in Case No. 849M/2024, which was initiated by the petitioner. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by the order dated 23.12.2024, the respondents had been restrained from entering the premises. However, by the impugned order dated 27.12.2024, the said restraint was modified/vacated. 4. The petitioner approached this Court, and by order dated 13.03.2025, the operation of the order dated 27.12.2024 was stayed until the next returnable date. The interim order was continued by later orders. 5. The learned counsels for the parties now submit that more than a year has passed since the orders dated 23.12.2024 and 27.12.2024, and it would be appropriate that the matter be remanded to the learned Additional District Magistrate, Cachar, Silchar, to pass final orders on the complaint case initiated by the petitioner, after giving both parties an opportunity of hearing in accordance with law. 6. Accordingly, this criminal revision petition is disposed of with the following directions: Page No.# 3/3 (i) Both parties shall appear before the Additional District Magistrate, Cachar, Silchar on 25.03.2026, with certified copies of the orders of this Court. (ii) On such appearance, the learned Additional District Magistrate shall take all necessary steps for final adjudication of Case No. 849M/2024 in accordance with law. (iii) The final adjudication of the case shall be completed within 2 (two) months from the date of appearance of the parties. 7. The criminal revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
