Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that applicant/petitioner seeks to withdraw the main petition, as he intends to approach learned Trial Court by filing a fresh bail application. Accordingly, he seeks permission to prepone the date of hearing of the main case to enable its withdrawal, with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Court below. 3.
