Ranga Reddy, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners; Sri K. Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, Land Acquisition, Stamps & Registration and Sri P.A.K. Yadav, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat (Respondent No.5). 2. The Writ Petitioner has approached this Court seeking following relief: “to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Writs, Order or Direction, declaring the action of Respondents, especially Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the land admeasuring Ac. 0.60 cents in Sy. No.39/1 situated at Papampeta Revenue Village, Anantapuram Rural Mandal, Anantapuram District, as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice, and to consequently direct the official respondent Nos. 3 to 5 not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the above property and construction of compound wall and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” 3 2. Sri K. Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, Land Acquisition, Stamps & Registration has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Tahsildar, Ananthapuramu Mandal, dated 26.01.2025. Sri P.A.K. Yadav, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat (Respondent No.5) has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat, A. Narayanapuram, dated 10.01.2025. Both the Written Instructions are also supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners. The same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions would indicate that the Authorities are not interfering with the peaceful possession of the Writ Petitioners. 4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into merits, directing the Official Respondents to follow the due process of law, if any coercive steps are sought be initiated against the Writ Petitioners in the future. 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 6.
