ORDER:- The petitioner is aggrieved by the highhanded action of the 5*^ respondent in handing over the D-Patta land belonging to the petitioner to the 2'^'^ respondent and that no notice was issued prior resorting to such highhanded action. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 03.04.2025 to all the respondents, seeking their intervention from respondent Nos.2, 3 and 5. 1 The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2 submits, on written instructions that the 2"^^ respondent requests time to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

disposed off, directing respondent Nos.2, 3 and 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law, by duly informing the petitioner and also give an opportunity to hear the
