Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. No. 112/2024, arising out of Parsudih P.S. Case No. 62/2023, corresponding to G.R. No. 153/2024, registered under sections 392, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, & Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Jamshedpur. On 17.06.2023 at about 03:00 P.M., the petitioner on pistol point is alleged to have looted rupees 11,000/- from the informant. The petitioner is named in the FIR. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the nature of allegation; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
