NJS,J & GTK,J CMA No.773 of 2024 3 The Court made the following Judgment: At the time of considering the matter, the learned counsel for the appellant placed a copy of the order dated 19.06.2025 in C.M.A No.771 of 2024 and stated that, in the similar circumstances, the appeal was disposed of granting liberty to the appellant therein to file a fresh Guardian O.P before the competent Court by impleading the necessary parties and a direction to consider the same on merits strictly in accordance with law without reference to the Guardian O.P No.56 of 2023. 2. Perusing the said order and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of, with similar directions. Liberty is granted to file fresh O.P., in the event of which the same shall be considered, in accordance with law without reference to the Guardian O.P No.55 of 2023. No costs.
