The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the State-respondents to remove the encroachment made by the respondent no.5 over the Gairmazurwa/Public land appertaining to Khata No.32, Plot No.240, Mouza-Naitand as the same is disturbing the ingress and egress of the petitioner as well as other people of the locality. 2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the petitioner has efficacious/alternative remedy available under law for redressal of the aforesaid grievance, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. 3. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to take alternative recourses available under law for redressal of the said grievance. 4.
