Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that defect has not been removed within stipulated time on account of some communication gap in the office. He further submitted that petitioner shall be vigilant in future. 3. Considering the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, A.B.A. No. 3707 of 2024 is restored to its original file. 4.
