Sri N Chandra Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the matter may be closed since the petitioner had passed away on 05.09.2020. 3. The learned Government Pleader for Services–III filed a memo dated 24.02.2025 reporting the death of the petitioner by enclosing photostat copy of the death certificate. 4.
