To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the application dated 14.10.2024 of the petitioner in stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (Annexure No. 7) II. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the concerned respondent to not interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner in gata no 278 area 0.202-hectare, 272 area 0.0020 hectare and 273 area 0.0024 situated at Imratpur, Udau, Tehsil Bilari, District Moradabad till the disposal of the application dated 14.10.2024 pending before the respondent no. 2." 2. The second prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted as application dated 14.10.2024 is pending consideration before respondent no. 2. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to decide the application dated 14.10.2024, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
