Order 11/09/2025
1. For a limited prayer, the instant writ petition has been preferred seeking direction to the Appellate Authority to decide the pending appeal expeditiously within a time frame.
2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that against the impugned
order dated 29.04.2022 passed by the Registrar, Rajasthan Paramedical Council, Jaipur, a statutory appeal under Section 30 of
[2025:RJ-JP:36915] (2 of 2) [CW-13656/2025] the Rajathan Para Medical Council Act, 2008 (for short, ‘the Act of 2008’) has been preferred by the petitioner before the statutory Appellate Authority but inspite of passing of considerable time, till date the said appeal has not been decided on its merit, hence appropriate direction be issued for expeditious disposal of the same within a time frame.
3. Considering the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner and looking to the fact that statutory appeal preferred by the petitioner against the impugned order is lying pending before the Appellate Authority since last more than three years, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the instant writ petition with direction to the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
4. Stay application and all pending application, if any, also stand disposed of.
