The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 200/2024 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 279/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 182/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 376D of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-V, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. On 30.10.2023, two named and two unknown persons raped the victim. 4. Learned A.P.P. has pointed out towards paragraph no. 44 of the Case Dairy, from which it appears that name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of information given by the police informer. It was also pointed out that name of the petitioner has also come in confession of named accused persons. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
