3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N. CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION NO: 325 of 2019 The Court made the following Order: Heard Smt.T.Sindhu, learned counsel representing Sri K.Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State.
2. The present Writ Petition is field to declare the seizure of the petitioner theatre by respondent No.3 on 19.01.2019 as illegal.
3. Admittedly, this Court vide Interim dated 24.01.2019
directed respondent No.3 to remove the seal, for screening of the films of the petitioner theatre, pending further orders.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the interim order of this Court dated 24.01.2019 is complied with, and the petitioner theatre is now screening the films, accordingly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner furnished a copy of Renewal B-Form License dated 23.05.2025 issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Vuyyuru, under which the license of the petitioner theatre was renewed from 24.12.2024 to
4 11.03.2026 permitting the petitioner theatre to screen films in accordance with Rules.
6. In those circumstances, this Court is of the considered opinion that as the Revenue Authorities renewed the license of the petitioner theatre, and allowed it to screen the films, nothing remains for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition.
7. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is closed at the stage of admission itself. However, if the respondent authorities violate the license renewal conditions, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court, for necessary redressal, in accordance with the law. No order as to costs.
Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
