Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hariharganj P.S. Case No. 118 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau. Petitioner along with co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and his mother due to which they sustained injuries. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It was further submitted that injured persons have sustained simple injuries. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau, in connection with Hariharganj P.S.
