The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to set aside the common resolution taken by the respondent authority so far as petitioner subject number 64/2024 at Sl.No.204 dated:22.01.2025 decision pronounced on 07.04.2025 vide Annexure-D to the Writ Petition and direct the respondent authority to consider the material furnished and to consider the subject individually in respect of each permit and to take decision with in 2 months from the date of receipt of the direction/ order in the above Writ Petition. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the KSTA instead of deciding the application, simply deferred the matter - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22149 WP No. 17250 of 2025 by passing a resolution. Under these circumstances the petitioner is before this Court. AGA on instructions submits that due to unavoidable circumstances, the applications were not considered and hence, the matter was deferred. AGA therefore, submits that if a direction is issued to the authority to consider the applications, the same would be adhered to. The oral submission made by AGA is placed on record. 5. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authority to consider the applications in accordance with law, within two months from the receipt of certified copy of this order.
