GP for Services II The Court made the following: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “…to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the claim of the applicant for revising his pay as per revised pay scales of 2010 and 2015 and for payment of pension and other retirement benefits is illegal, arbitrary, and in violation of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the 2 W.P(AT) No.1136 of 2021 respondents to revise the pay of the applicant as per revised pay scales of 2010 and 2015 and pay the arrears and pension and other retirement benefits with admissible interest with all consequential benefits…” 2. No representation for the petitioner today inspite of posting the matter under the caption „for dismissal‟ as there was no representation on 24.03.2025. 3.
