Whereas, the learned counsel for the petitioner in these matters is filing a memo and whereby seeking for withdrawal of these civil revision petition proceeding along with the proceeding in MC(CRP (CRP Art. 227) No. 81 of 2024 that they do not have any inclination to persuade these matters. Therefore, the memo is taken on record. Accordingly, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw all these petitions as sought for.
