This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by non-disposal of I.A.No.215 of 2024 in O.S.No.314 of 2024 on the file of the Court of III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kurnool, filed by the respondent No.1 and 2 herein / plaintiffs for temporary injunction.
02. The trial Court granted interim injunction against the revision petitioner on 28.03.2024 restraining the revision petitioner and the respondent No.3 herein / defendant No.2 from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property by the respondents No.1 and 2 / plaintiffs.
03. The revision petitioner / defendant No.1 contended that the written statement was filed and counter in I.A.No.215 of 2024 was also filed on 09.05.2024. Since then, till today several adjournments were granted, they are:
“26-06-2024, 28-06-2024, 07-07-2024, 04-07-2024, 10-07- 2024, 15-07-2024, 06-08-2024, 14-08-2024, 05-09-2024, 12-09-2024, 23-10-2024, 22-11-2024, 19-12-2024, 09-01- 2025, 29-01-2025, 10-02-2025, 24-02-2025, 25-02-2025, 11-03-2025, 27-03-2025, 03-04-2025, 08-05-2025, 23-06- 2025 and 22-07-2025”
04. The revision petitioner further contended that he is aged about 73 years and the interim injunction is causing hardship to him and it was obtained by suppressing the true facts.

05. There appears no justification for non-disposal of the petition in the circumstances stated by the revision petitioner. As such, the revision petition is allowed at the admission stage directing the trial Court to hear and dispose of I.A.No.215 of 2024 in O.S.No.314 of 2024 on its file without any further delay, within one (1) month from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
