ORDER:
The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“…to declare the action of the respondents in not processing and releasing the pension gratuity and all pensionary benefits to applicant as illegal arbitrary contrary to law and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to pay pension and pensionary benefits to the applicant with effect from July, 2016 onwards with penal interest with all consequential benefits and to pass…”
02. The learned counsel for the petitioner appeared online and submitted that the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous.
03. Sri V.Ram Manohar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I is present.
04. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
