The petitioners impugned the order dated 11.09.2025 passed by the Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee thereby invalidating the tribe claims of the petitioners belonging to ‘Mannervarlu’ Scheduled Tribe. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the blood relatives from the family of the petitioners have been granted conditional validities by this Court in Writ Petition No.8815 of 2019 vide order dated 19.07.2019 and Writ Petition No.9952 of 2023 vide order dated 09.08.2023 and. The learned A.G.P did not dispute the said fact. Therefore, we are inclined to allow this Writ Petition by setting aside the order dated 11.09.2025 passed by Respondent 2025:BHC-AUG:25240-DB 2 950.WP-11272-2025.doc No.2/Scrutiny Committee. We, thus, pass following order : ORDER i) The Writ Petition is allowed. The impugned order is hereby quashed and set-aside. ii) The Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee is directed to issue validity certificate in favour of the petitioner of belonging to ‘Mannvervarlu’ Scheduled Tribe, subject to following conditions : a) The certificate to be issued to the petitioner shall be coterminus with the validity certificates on which the petitioner has relied before us. b) The petitioner shall not claim any equity. c) In the event the petitioner’s case is reopened, the petitioner shall co-operate with the Scrutiny Committee for taking the matter to its logical end.
