At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner when confronted with some facts by learned counsel for Respondent-2, he submits that petitioner has not properly briefed him and, therefore, it may be a case that petitioner has not come before this Court with clean hands. However, he fairly submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file with better particulars. 3. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent-2 has no objection to aforesaid request. 4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty, as prayed for.
