Learned Counsel for the applicant points out that the cause title of the judgment dated 07.11.2024, has been wrongly typed as Anita Kumari vs. Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited whereas actual cause title of the case is Anita Kumari vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others. As apparently there is a typographical error with regard to cause title in the order/judgment, therefore, this application is allowed with direction that let cause title of judgment dated 07.11.2024 be corrected as ‘Anita Kumari vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others’ and after carrying out necessary corrections, fresh copy of the judgment be uploaded on the website of this Court.
