This matter has been listed today at the behest of the petitioners under the heading “To Be Mentioned” for correction of the judgment and order dated 16.07.2025. 2. It appears that inadvertent typographical error had crept at page no. 3 in paragraph 2e in the second line, the “Police Station Madhyamgram” is wrongly recorded. The same is corrected and be read as “Sarsuna Police Station”. 3. At the same time, the name of the petitioner is wrongly recorded as “Mr. Debayan Banerjee”. The same is corrected and read as “Mr. Dibyayan Banerjee”. 4. This order is also conjointly read with the judgment and order dated 16.07.2025. 5.
