The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 23.9.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 17114 of 2024. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed the affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. have been decided by order dated 22.4.2025 passed by the Deputy District Magistrate, District-Jaunpur. The order dated 22.4.2025 has also been annexed with the affidavit. In case the applicant is aggrieved by the aforesaid order, he has the remedy to challenge the same before appropriate forum. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged.
