Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that by the said order the privilege of anticipatory bail was provided to the petitioner, however, due to illness he has not been able to surrender and by order dated 29.11.2024 further three weeks’ time was extended to surrender, however his office has not been able to communicate the said order and in view of that the surrender has not been made within time. He submits that by way of last indulgence two weeks’ further time may kindly be extended. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the CBI submits that the anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioner in spite of that the petitioner has not surrendered within time. 4. Considering that due to miscommunication from the office of the concerned Advocate, the petitioner has not been able to --2-- Cr.M.P. No. 67 of 2025 surrender within time, as such further two weeks’ time from today is extended to surrender before the learned Court in terms of the Order dated 16.08.2024 passed in A.B.A. No.3503 of 2024. 5.
