This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following relief:
“…to issue writ of mandamus or of the like nature or issue any other writ, direction or order, declaring the action of the 1st respondent in interfering into the petitioners’ property i.e., Poultry Farm situated in Survey No.107/1 & 2, Patta No.189, admeasuring 145 Sq. yards situated at Aadarsh Nagar, Chinnagadali Village & Mandal, Visakhapatnam, State of Andhra Pradesh as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents not to illegally interfere into the Petitioners property i.e., Poultry Farm situated in Survey No.107/1 & 2, Patta No.189, admeasuring 145 Sq. yards situated at Aadarsh Nagar, Chinnagadali Village & Mandal, Visakhapatnam, State of Andhra Pradesh and to pass…”
02. Ms. A.V. Sai Harshitha, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition is withdrawn.
