Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that this Court in Crl.P.No.7762/2025 already granted exemption for the Petitioners to appear before the learned Trial Court during the trial. As the Petitioners on earlier three occasions did not present, the learned Magistrate dismissed the application. It is contended by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that on earlier occasion applications were moved for their absence and they were allowed. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, Petitioner No.1 is a lady aged about 65 years and Petitioner No.2 is aged about 47 years and suffering from heart ailments. He is working as a teacher. Petitioner No.1 is the mother of the Accused No.1, mother-in-law of the de-facto complainant. Petitioner No.2 is relative of the husband of the de-facto complainant. 4. In view of the above, the order dated 29.07.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.3780/2025 in C.C.No.857/2022 on the file of the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Rayachoty is set aside. However, the Petitioners shall appear before the learned Magistrate on the date of adjournment as directed by the learned Trial Court. NBW issued against the Petitioners on 07.07.2025 is recalled. 3 5. With these observations and directions, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. No order as to costs.
