Learned Standing counsel is directed to serve a copy of instructions to learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents and perused the record. 3. This petition has been filed for the following relief: "To, issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to releases the land of the petitioner bearing gata no.501 situated at village Chachupur Jatpura Tehsil Amritpur District Farrukhabad from the encroachment of the Respondent no.4 and also take the necessary action against the respondent no.4 for making illegal encroachment." 4. On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has stated that patta granted in favour of the petitioner on 14.03.2003 has been cancelled by order dated 20.06.2024. 5. In view of these facts, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order cancelling the patta of the petitioner, in case, if he so desires.
