JUSTICE BHUWAN GOYAL Order 01/09/2025 Today the corpus is present before this Court. Age of the corpus is twenty-one years and this fact has been confirmed by the counsel for the petitioner. We have interacted with the corpus. She has stated before us that she wants to go and live with the petitioner. In our considered opinion, since the age of corpus is above eighteen years, the corpus is at liberty to go and live with the petitioner as per her own free will.
