GP-MUNCIPAL ADMN AND URBAN DEV(AP) 2 The Court made the following order: The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- “…to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in taking steps to demolish the shop of an extent of 106.21 Sq. Yards in Plot No.17 in Survey No.509/1 of Ramachandrapuram Municipality of East Godavari District by name Sai Durga Chicken Centre as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice consequently directing the respondents not to remove the said shop of the petitioner and pass...” 2. When the matter came up for admission on 07.08.2014, this Court passed the following interim order: “….The grievance of the petitioner is that without any prior notice, 2nd respondent officials are trying to demolish the shed put up by the petitioner. Therefore, there shall be an interim direction to the respondents not to demolish ore remove the shed of the petitioner without following the due process of law.” 3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court on 07.08.2014, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition. 4. In view of the interim orders granted by this Court, this Court is of the opinion that the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive and no further orders are required to be passed in this matter. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
