The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 59/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C & 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. On 30.09.2024, Cyber police Jamtara, apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons on suspicion that they were involved in cyber-crime. On search, mobile phone and other articles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that no prosecution has come forward to state that the petitioner has cheated anyone. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
