JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 12-05-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 237 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 310(2), 311, 109 of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, 6-7 unknown persons have looted a bank in broad daylight after firing and injuring two persons. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2024 and a part of the looted money has been recovered from the petitioner. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
